Our Story

Born and raised in Southern Ohio, ceramic artist and designer Noelle Horsfield grew up playing with dogs, crafting mud pies and making mischief in the foothills of Appalachia.  Once grown, Noelle majored in Fine Art at Marshall University, got married and went off to see the world.  After about ten years of gallivanting around the country, Noelle returned to her Appalachian roots and settled in a home studio back in Huntington, WV.

Working at home was great and there were always orders to fill from shops and galleries in larger cities, but it was the people of Appalachia that drew Noelle back to Huntington and the time felt right to follow her dream of creating a space where she could both make her ceramic art and offer these pieces for sale to the Huntington community.

So, Noelle opened Full Circle Ceramic in the historic Heritage Station area of downtown Huntington, West Virginia in June 2016.  The response from the people of Huntington and surrounding areas was overwhelmingly positive and far exceeded anyone's expectations.  What began as a tiny retail space within a ceramic studio has evolved into a unique shopping experience where visitors can choose from entirely handmade one of a kind ceramics, apparel with Noelle's original designs, eclectic greeting cards, repurposed porcelain items with edgy designs created in house, handmade jewelry from makers across the country, and saucy stickers with attitude.
