RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
**THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED**
- CUSTOM / SPECIAL ORDER PIECES WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM 25% RESTOCKING FEE
- CUSTOM PIECES NOT PICKED UP OR OTHERWISE CLAIMED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION OF COMPLETION WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE OF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PRICE
- CUSTOM PIECES THAT ARE PERSONALIZED AND ARE SPECIFIC TO AN INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
- GREETING CARDS
- GIFT CARDS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If an item arrives damaged, please be sure to keep the shipping box and any packing materials. We will need photos of this as well as photos of the damaged item itself in order to file a claim with USPS.
In the event that you do receive a damaged item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to coordinate your return.

If you are within driving distance of our physical location, please feel free to bring the item to the shop for return or exchange in person.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
