Shipping policy

We make every effort to ship all orders next business day via USPS Priority Mail for packages or First Class for envelopes and small flat items.

We do not offer free shipping on any items. Even though we are a very small business (a team of two) we make every effort to keep costs and prices as low as possible and it is simply to costly for us to ship items for free. 

Our site calculates the best possible shipping rate based on size and weight of the order as well as the location of the shipping address to make shipping charges as affordable as possible.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct shipping address for orders.  If an item is returned to us, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided in your original order for the corrected address and additional shipping costs to re-ship the item.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, PLEASE KEEP AND PHOTOGRAPH THE ITEM, THE SHIPPING CONTAINER AND THE PACKING MATERIALS so that we can send you a replacement and receive reimbursement from USPS.
